Ad-Hoc Support
Ad-Hoc support is priced per hour and billed per minute - so you only pay for what you use. For example: if it take us 7 minutes to resolve an issue for you, you'll get billed for 7 minutes. We never round up
On the Ad-Hoc plan you'll be billed at the end of each calendar month for any time used that month. It's as simple as that!
Pre-Pay Support
Pre-Pay is the next step - it works just like Ad-Hoc support except that you pay for time in advance in blocks of 4 hours - in exchange for a generous discount.
With Pre-Pay support you'll get a statement at the end of each month which shows what you used and how much time is left on your account.


Pro-Active Support
With Pro-Active support you get unlimited remote support for a predictable, low, monthly fee per user.
